According to a second analysis of the demand for culinary tourism in Spain which was undertaken by the specialised consultancy agency Dinamiza and published by Hosteltur, San Sebastián is the main culinary tourism destination in the ranking of Spanish cities. Gipuzkoa is situated at number two in the ranking of provinces and the Basque Country is number three in the ranking of autonomous communities.
