San Sebastian’s Pintxo Institute has joined forces with Basquetour and San Sebastian City Council’s Department of Tourism to publish a guide with the 39 establishments that were awarded the Gold and Silver ‘Barandillas’ awards at the Pintxo Gala Evening held in February last year.
The aim of the guide is to highlight the talent, professional work and respect for tradition of the selected establishments.
